STORE WITH COMPUTER EQUIPMENT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Netsell. pl is an online store that allows individual customers to purchase wholesale quantities of computer parts. During the implementation of this project, our main goal was to create a site that is virtually maintenance-free for its owner.

We were able to automate most of the processes that take place in the store: price conversion, applying margins, creating product descriptions and specifications, enlisting product photos, communicating with suppliers, sending emails to customers, updating inventory.

The site has been integrated with payment gateways and order processing systems. In addition, we have connected it to a custom warehouse system that does not have an API. We are able to automate the purchasing process, even if the product supplier does not use modern modules to support sales and warehousing.

We also made sure that the inventory and prices that customers see are always up to date. The entire store (including filters) refreshes automatically every 30 minutes. Thanks to this, we have minimized the risk that a customer will see and order a product that is not in stock. The use of this solution positively influences the opinion of the seller.

Netsell.pl has an individual graphic template, which we prepared especially for this project. The entire site is based on our proprietary Unlimitree platform. Through it, the store owner can generate sales reports and track statistics such as the number of hits on the site. This allows him to monitor in real time how his business is developing.

How did we do it?

Way of working

We obtain all product information i.e. product descriptions, photos and inventory from external sources. Placed orders are automatically transferred to an external fullfilment center.
